FLP has two functioning Local Chapters in Pakistan. These are based in Islamabad and Lahore. The purpose of local chapters is to mobilize Pakistani youth at the local and international level and provide them with a platform for contributing towards the development of the country. Our ultimate goal is to have local chapters in every city, town, district and even village of Pakistan!

The chapters are affiliated with the parent body and governed by its rules and regulations, but in many respects these are also autonomous and have the freedom to establish their own work plans and constitutions, provided they do not conflict with the broader vision of FLP.

FLP currently has numerous members based all over the world who actively participate in various activities of the organization and benefit from its services. In the future, we would also like to have international chapters that better serve the needs and aspirations of these young Pakistanis. Currently, efforts are underway to have international chapters for overseas young Pakistanis in the United Kingdom, North America and the United Arab Emirates.

Guidelines have been developed for setting up a local chapter and VP Local Chapter Development is responsible for overseeing all efforts to initiate new chapters. Each Local Chapter is governed by a small group of members known as the Local Committee (LC).
