BTPE is an organization consisting of quality management, professional staff working in
accordance to the training need of the Province/Country having a string conception with
regards to the training need and its importance. BTPE is assisting remote areas of the
country in providing quality educational services by setting up community base training
centers in information technology, which helps bringing needed social-economic changes
